Pet Policy

PETS: Pets must be approved before they are brought onto the property. The pet agreement and the pet fee must be completed and paid before the pet is brought onto the property. Two pets are permitted per apartment home. Aggressive, poisonous, or endangered species are not permitted. Pets are never allowed outdoors without being on a leash and accompanied by the owner. City tags and proof of inoculations are required. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 for Holly Hill is required with a signed pet agreement and pet rent of $25.00 will be paid each month on the same terms as the apartment rent. Additional pet requires an additional one-time pet fee of $200 and pet rent of $25.
